This regulation may be cited as the Local Government (Burdekin, Dalrymple, Hinchinbrook, Thuringowa and Townsville) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Local Government (Burdekin, Dalrymple,Hinchinbrook, Thuringowa and Townsville) Regulation 1993 . ˙ Amendment of s 58 (Report about joint arrangements) 3. Section 58— insert— ‘ (5) The Minister may, by Gazette notice, sanction joint arrangements achieved between adjusted local governments. ‘ (6) A copy of the joint arrangements must be kept available for inspection during ordinary business hours at the department’s head office and the local governments’ public offices.’.
