LOCAL GOVERNMENT AUDITORS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS

1995

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Local Government Auditors

Amendment Regulations 1995.

Commencement

2.  These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1995.

Principal regulations

3.  In these regulations the Local Government Auditors Regulations 1982*

are referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 13 amended

4.   Regulation 13 of the principal regulations is amended —

(a)	in subregulation (1) by deleting", on payment of the fee, if any, payable under regulation 13A,"; and
(b)	in subregulation (3) by deleting paragraphs (b) and (c) and substituting the following —

(b) the person dies.

Regulation 13A repealed

5.   Regulation 13A of the principal regulations is repealed.
