of Electricity Association) Order 2009

under the

Local Government Associations Incorporation Act 1974

I, the Minister for Local Government, in pursuance of clause 3 (1) of Schedule 1 to the Local Government Associations Incorporation Act 1974, and having:

(a)	received a written request from the Electricity Association of New South Wales that this Order be made, and
(b)	obtained the consent of the Minister for Energy to the making of this Order,

make the following Order.

This Order is the Local Government Associations Incorporation

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Abolition of Electricity Association of New South Wales

The Electricity Association of New South Wales is abolished.
