s1 2 s3 Local Government (Areas) Amendment Regulation No. 382, 2002 (No. 2) 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Local Government (Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2002 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Local Government (Areas) Regulation 1995. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (Information about joint local governments) Schedule 2, part 13, item 4— omit, insert— ‘4 Jurisdiction ‘Jurisdiction— (a) the provision, construction, maintenance, management, control and regulation of stock saleyards in the joint local government’s area; (b) the construction, operation, maintenance and management of a livestock, equestrian and general display and events facility on lots 150 and 151 on plan LN2379 in the joint local government’s area.’.
