AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1996

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Local Government (Appeals to

Building Referees) Amendment Regulations 1996.

Principal regulations

2. In these regulations the Local Government (Appeals to Building Referees)

Regulations 1961* are referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 2 amended

3. Regulation 2 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting "$120"

and substituting the following —

" $140 ".

Regulation 5 amended

4. Regulation 5 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting "$60"

and substituting the following —

" $70 ".
