AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1995

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.   These regulations may be cited as the Local Government (Appeals to

Principal regulations

2. In these regulations the Local Government (Appeals to Building Referees)

Regulations 1995* are referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 2 amended

3. Regulation 2 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting "$100"

and substituting the following —

4. Regulation 5 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting "$50"

and substituting the following —

" $60 ".
