PART 2—AMENDMENT OF CITY OF BRISBANE REGULATION 1993 2 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the City of Brisbane Regulation 1993 . 3 Amendment of s 2 (Definitions) Section 2, definition “relevant business activity” , ‘section 771’— omit, insert— ‘section 772 1 ’. PART 3—AMENDMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT (AREAS) REGULATION 1995 4 Regulation amended in pt 3 This part amends the Local Government (Areas) Regulation 1995 . 5 Amendment of sch 2 (Information about joint local governments) Schedule 2, part 4, section 4— 1 Local Government Act 1993 , section 772 (Definitions for ch 10)

PART 4—AMENDMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT REGULATION 1994 6 Regulation amended in pt 4 This part amends the Local Government Regulation 1994. 7 Insertion of new s 13A After section 13— insert— ‘13A Prescribed person—Act, ss 226 and 252 ‘Lyall Chad Kawangka of lot 136 Pikkuw Street, Aurukun, Queensland, is a prescribed person— (a) for section 226(2)(b) of the Act, in relation to election or appointment as a councillor of Aurukun Shire Council; and (b) for section 252(2)(b) of the Act, in relation to becoming an employee of Aurukun Shire Council.’.
