This regulation may be cited as the Local Government and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2001 . ˙ Postponed commencement of uncommenced provision 2.(1) The period before automatic commencement under the ActsInterpretation Act 1954 , section 15DA(2) of the postponed law is extended to the end of 16 March 2002. 1 (2) In this section— “postponed law” means the LocalGovernmentandOtherLegislationAmendment Act 2000 , section 62. ˙ Expiry 3.
