s1 2 s3 Local Government Amendment Regulation (No. 4) No. 218, 2005 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Local Government Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2005 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the LocalGovernmentRegulation2005. 3 ‘49A Insertion of new s 49A After section 49— insert— Period prescribed for carrying out particular approved inspection programs—Act, s 1098 ‘For section 1098(5)(e) of the Act, the period prescribed for carrying out an approved inspection program is 12 months if— (a) the program is only for the inspection of budget accommodation buildings under the Building Act 1975 ; and (b) inspection under the program is for, or includes, the monitoring of compliance with the fire safety standard under that Act.’.
