s1 2 s3 Local Government Amendment (No. 3) No. 296, 1998 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Local Government Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1998 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Local Government Regulation 1994 . ˙ Replacement of s 80 (Persons eligible for membership of the scheme—Act, s 1181) 3. Section 80— omit, insert— ˙ ‘ Persons eligible for membership of the scheme—Act, s 1181 ‘ 80. The following persons are prescribed for section 1181(1)(f) of the Act— (a) the spouse of a member; (b) an employee of the Institute of Municipal Management Qld. Inc.’. ENDNOTES 1.
