s1 2 s3 Local Government Amendment (No. 3) No. 380, 1996 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Local Government Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1996 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Local Government Regulation 1994 . ˙ Replacement of s 21 (Chapter 5 of the Act) 3. Section 21— omit, insert— ˙ ‘ Date of triennial elections in 1997—Act, s 217(3) ‘ 21.
