Local Government Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Local Government Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2008 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the LocalGovernmentRegulation 2005. 3 Insertion of new s 19B Part 3, division 2— insert — ‘19B Revocation of resolutions—Act, s 161 ‘(1) This section applies to the resolutions of the Umagico Aboriginal Shire Council mentioned in the table. ‘(2) Each resolution is revoked.
