s1 2 s4 Local Government Amendment Regulation (No. 2) No. 219, 2007 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Local Government Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2007 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the LocalGovernmentRegulation 2005. 3 Amendment of pt 18, hdg (Repeal) Part 18, heading, after ‘Repeal’— insert— ‘ and expiry ’. 4 Insertion of new s 93 After section 92— insert— ‘93 Expiry of Act, s 159ZY—Act, s 159ZZA ‘Section 159ZY of the Act expires on the commencement of this section.’.
