(2) Section 42(1)(i), ‘section 998’— omit, insert— ‘section 1052A 2 ’. 4 Amendment of sch 2 (Local government entities) (1) Schedule 2— insert— ‘14A Institute of Public Works Engineering Australia Queensland Division Inc. 21A Queensland Water Directorate’. (2) Schedule 2, items 14A to 29— renumber as schedule 2, items 15 to 31. 1 Section 1051A (Resolution to remove valueless land from land record) of the Act 2 Section 1052A (Restoration of valueless land to land record) of the Act
