s1 2 s4 Local Government Amendment (No. 2) No. 304, 1999 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Local Government Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1999 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Local Government Regulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of s 79 (Local government entities—Act, s 1170) 3. Section 79— insert— ‘• Empire Theatres Pty Ltd ACN 086 482 288 • North Queensland Afforestation Association Inc’. ˙ Amendment of s 80 (Persons eligible for membership of the scheme—Act, s 1181) 4. Section 80— insert— ‘(c) a person who— (i) immediately before the settlement day, was an employee of the board and a member of the Local Government Superannuation Scheme; and (ii) after the settlement day, is an employee of the company. ‘ (2) In subsection (1)(c)— “board” means the South East Queensland Water Board established under the South East Queensland Water Board Act 1979 .

s4 3 s4 Local Government Amendment (No. 2) No. 304, 1999 “company” means the company within the meaning of the SouthEastQueensland Water Board (Reform Facilitation) Act 1999 , schedule 2. 1 “settlement day” means the settlement day under the SouthEastQueensland Water Board (Reform Facilitation) Act 1999 .’.
