s1 2 s5 Local Government Amendment Regulation (No. 1) No. 196, 2007 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Local Government Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the LocalGovernmentRegulation 2005. 3 Amendment of s 23 (Meaning of sponsored hospitality benefit ) (1) Section 23(a)(ii) and (iii)— omit, insert— ‘(ii) uses accommodation; and’. (2) Section 23(b), ‘, accommodation or other benefit’— omit, insert— ‘or accommodation’. 4 Amendment of s 25 (Councillor to tell about interests and correct particulars—Act, s 247) Section 25(2), ‘3 months’— omit, insert— ‘30 days’. 5 Amendment of s 75 (Meaning of sponsored hospitality benefit ) (1) Section 75(a)(ii) and (iii)— omit, insert— ‘(ii) uses accommodation; and’. (2) Section 75(b), ‘, accommodation or other benefit’— omit, insert— ‘or accommodation’.
