LOCAL GOVERNMENT AMENDMENT (PARKING AND

WHEEL CLAMPING) ACT 1998 No 62—PROCLAMATION

I, the Honourable James Jacob Spigelman, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Local Government Amendment (Parking and

Wheel Clamping) Act 1998, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 29 August

1998 as the day on which that Act commences.
