LOCAL GOVERNMENT AMENDMENT (NUDE BATHING)

ACT 1996 No 133—PROCLAMATION

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels, AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Local Governent Amendment (Nude Bathing) Act 1996, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 7 February 1997 as the day on which that Act commences.
