Made under the Local Government Amendment Act 2024 section 2(1)(i) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Local Government Amendment Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation (No. 2) 2025.

2.Commencement

The Local Government Amendment Act 2024 sections 143 and 146 to 151 come into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published on the WA legislation website.
