Made under the Local Government Amendment Act 2024 section 2(1)(i) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Local Government Amendment Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation 2025.

2.Commencement

The Local Government Amendment Act 2024 sections 8(2), 9, 10, 32, 33, 54, 62, 63, 145 and 158 come into operation on 1 February 2025.
