1. Citation
This proclamation is the Local Government Amendment
Act 2023 Commencement Proclamation 2023.
2. Commencement
The Local Government Amendment Act 2023 sections 5(2)
and (4), 7 to 11, 13 to 16, 19(1) to (3), 24 and 89 come into
operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is
published in the Gazette.
