This regulation may be cited as the Local Government (Allora, Glengallan, Rosenthal and Warwick) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Local Government (Allora, Glengallan,Rosenthal and Warwick) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of s 21 (Existing instruments) 3. Section 21— insert — ‘ (5) For this section, an instrument made under, or for the purposes of, a local government’s resolution made under an Act or a local law is taken to be an instrument made by the local government under the Act or law.’. ˙ Amendment of s 26 (Continuing planning schemes) 4. Section 26— insert — ‘ (5) For this section, an instrument made under, or for the purposes of, a local government’s resolution made under a planning scheme is taken to be an instrument under the planning scheme.’.
