Local Government (Administration)

Amendment Regulations 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Local Government (Administration)
. 11)lendment Regulations 2012.

2.             Commencement

These re tulations come into operation as follows -

(a) regulations I and 2 on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette (a;,ettaI day);
(h) regulations 5 to 8 —on the day on which section 14 of

the Local Government Amendment Act 2012 conies into

operation;

(c)	the rest of the regulations	on the day after gazettal
day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Local Government
(Administration) Regulations 1996.

(h) in al I other cases. $5 000.

4.             Regulation 19A amended

In regulation 19A(1 ) delete paragraphs (a) and (h) and insert:

(a) the value of the person's final annual
remuneration, if the person —

(i)      accepts voluntary severance by resigning as an employee; and

(ii) whose employment is governed by a is not a CEO or a senior employee section 5.39;

or

5.              Regulation 30 amended

Delete re p-tilation 30(1). (2), (3B). (3), (4) and (5).

1.            Citation

This order is the Port Authorities (Description (#'Port of

Broome) Order 2012.

2.             Commencement

This order comes into operation as follows -

published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the order — on the day after that day.
