Local Government (Administration)

Amendment Regulations 2000

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Local Government
(Administration) Amendment Regulations 2000.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which the
Local Government (Functions and General) Amendment
Regulations 2000 come into operation.

3.            Regulation 29 amended

By Command of the Governor, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Executive Council.

Regulation 29(1) of the Local Government (Administration) the following paragraph —

adopted in accordance with Part 4A of the
Local Government (Functions and General)
