LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT (SCHEDULE 3.1) AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1996

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council under section 3.25 (2).

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Local Government Act

(Schedule 3.1) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1996.

By Command of the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive
Council, J. PRITCHARD, Clerk of the Council.

Schedule 3.1 to the Act amended

2. Schedule 3.1 to the Local Government Act 1995* is amended in

Division 1 by inserting after item 9 the following item —

tf 10. Take specified measures for preventing or minimizing —

(a) danger to the public; or

(b) damage to property,

which might result from cyclonic activity. I>
