AN ACT to amend the Local Government Act,
1960-1970.
[Assented to 22nd December, 1971.]
BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
| 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Local Short title | and citation. |

Amendment
| to s. 245A. | 2. Paragraph (a) of subsection (2) of section two hundred and forty five A of the principal Act is amended |
| (a) | by inserting after the word "structures" in line four the words "or devices"; and |
| (b) | by adding after the word "land" in line 9 the words |
but no structure or device shall be deemed to be a compliance with this requirement unless the structure or device is of a sort approved and described by the Minister. .
