His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Local Government Act 1993.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to make it clear that certain exemptions and other matters that have continued to apply to caravan parks and camping grounds that existed before the commencement of the Local Government
(Caravan Parks, Camping Grounds and Moveable Dwellings) Regulation
grounds are extended, renewed or amended.
1995 will not come to an end just because the approvals for those parks and section 748 (Regulations) and clause 8 (Approvals) of Schedule 6.

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Local Government (Caravan Parks,
Camping Grounds and Moveable Dwellings) Amendment
Regulation 1997.2 Amendment of Local Government (Caravan Parks, Camping Grounds and Moveable Dwellings) Regulation 1995
The Local Government (Caravan Parks, Camping Grounds and Moveable Dwellings) Regulation 1995 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.

Clause 110 Repeal and saving
Insert after clause 110 (3):
(3A) The reference in subclause (3) to the approval for the caravan park or camping ground is a reference to the approval (whenever granted or renewed) in force for the time being for the park or ground.
