LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1919—ORDINANCE

(Relating to the application of Ordinance No. 73 to the City of Bathurst and

the Shire of Culcairn)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Local Government Act 1919, has been pleased to make the Ordinance set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Ordinance commences on 4 December 1991.

Amendment

2. Ordinance No. 73 under the Local Government Act 1919 is

amended:

(a)

by inserting in clause 1 under the heading Cities and Municipalities, in alphabetical order, the words “Bathurst (City) ”;

(b)

by inserting in clause 1 under the heading Shires, in alphabetical order, the word “Culcairn”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Ordinance is to amend Ordinance No. 73 (which relates to the installation of domestic-type oil and solid fuel heaters) so as to extend the

application of the Ordinance to the City of Bathurst and the Shire of Culcairn.
