1 Name of Plan
This Plan is Local Environmental Plan (Greater Sydney LEPs Consequential
Amendments) 2016.
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies
This Plan applies to any land in Zone B7 Business, Zone IN1 General Industrial or
Zone IN2 Light Industrial under the following local environmental plans:

| (g) | Marrickville Local Environmental Plan 2011, |

| (j) | Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2012, |
| (k) | Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2011, |
