HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Local Courts (Civil Claims) Act 1970, has been pleased to make the Rule set forth hereunder.

The Local Courts (Civil Claims) Rules 1988 are amended by omitting from Part 27 rule 2 (16), Part 33 rule 1 (2) and (3) and Part 38 rules 1 and 3 (2) the words "302 Castlereagh Street" wherever occurring and by inserting instead the words "the Downing Centre".

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Rule is to amend the Local Courts (Civil Claims) Rules 1988 to change the references to the Local Court held at 302 Castlereagh Street to the Local Court held at the Downing Centre, Sydney.
