LOCAL COURTS (CIVIL CLAIMS) ACT 1970—RULE

NEW SOUTH WALES

[Published in Gazette No. 126 of 23 September 1994]

1. This rule is made by the Rule Committee on 12 September 1994,

and has effect on and from 23 September 1994.

2. The Local Courts (Civil Claims) Rules 1988, are amended by

inserting in Part 33 rule 1 (3), in alphabetical order:

Belmont, East Maitland, Nowra, Wallsend, Windsor, Wyong.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The purpose of the amendment is to add the places specified to the places at which

certain functions of the Court may be exercised by the registrar.
