LOCAL COURTS (CIVIL CLAIMS) RULES 1988—FORMS

IN pursuance of Part 36 rule 3 (2) of the Local Courts (Civil Claims) Rules 1988 I have mended the Forms approved for use in courts as follows:

(a) Form 39—Subpoena for Production

(i)  In paragraph (iii) omit “attend; and”, insert instead “attend.”;

(ii) Omit paragraph (iv).

(b) Form 41—Subpoena for Production and to Give Evidence (i) In paragraph (ii) omit “after ;”, insert instead “after .”; (ii) Omit paragraph (iii).
