WESTERN AUSTRALIA I By His Excellency the Honourable David
DAVID MALCOLM, J Kingsley Malcolm, Companion of the Order of

Lieutenant-Governor. Australia, Lleutenant-Governor and Administrator

[LSI of the State of Western Australia.

I, the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator, acting under section 2 of the Local Courts Amendment Act 1991, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 1 September 1'992 as the day on which that Act shall come into operation.
