AN ACT to amend section seventy .of the Local Courts

Act, 1904-1930.

[Assented to 17th November, 1931.]

B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:-

1. This Act may be cited as the Local Courts Act Amend- Short title. See

meat Act, 1931, and shall be read as one with the Local	No	35of1930,
Courts Act, 1904-1930, hereinafter referred to as "the prin- cipal Act."

2.    (1.) Section seventy, subsection (5), of the principal Mndment

Act is deleted.

(2.) Section seventy, subsection (6), of the principal Act is amended by striking out the words "to the last preceding subsection and," in line one, and the words " (being within the same magisterial district as the place aforesaid)," in the last two lines.

3. The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited citation of principal Act as amended.
