LOCAL COURTS ACT 1982 No 164—ORDER

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales. with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 6 of the Local Courts Act 1982, do, by this my Order, abolish the Local Court Family Matters. Level 17, 323 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, being the Local Court established by Order published in the Gazette on 12 September 1986 at page 4466, on and from 24 December 1998.
