Jurisdiction of Local Courts.
it Enacted by the Governor of the Province of South Australia,
Preamble.
House of Assembly of the said province, in this present Parliament | BE | with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and |
assembled, as follows:
Local Court of Full Jurisdiction, shall, for all the purposes of all |
appeals to
the like jurisdiction and powers to hear and determine such appeals
and generally in relation thereto as are now or may hereafter be
had or exercised by a Special Magistrate and two Justices sitting
as a Local Court of Full Jurisdiction.
2. This Act may be cited as
K Local Court Appeals Amendmentshort title.
