with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and

1. A Judge of the Supreme Court, when sitting alone as a Judgeof sup-

appeals to any Local Court of Full Jurisdiction, have and exercise of Local Court.

the like jurisdiction and powers to hear and determine such appeals

and generally in relation thereto as are now or may hereafter be

had or exercised by a Special Magistrate and two Justices sitting

as a Local Court of Full Jurisdiction.

2. This Act may be cited as K Local Court Appeals Amendment short title.
