Local Court Amendment Rules (No. 5) 1998

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These rules may be cited as the Local Court Amendment
Rules (No. 5) 1998.

2.            The rules amended

The Local Court Rules 1961* are amended before each rule by deleting any heading that appears immediately before that rule, or each such heading if there is more than one (but not the headings to Orders).
