Local Court Amendment Rules (No. 2) 2001

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These rules may be cited as the Local Court Amendment Rules
(No. 2) 2001.

2.            Commencement

These rules come into operation on the day after the last day of the specified period, which is the period of one month after the

3.           Order 5 rule 4 amended

Order 5 rule 4 of the Local Court Rules 1961* is amended by deleting "an office registered under the Companies Act 1943" and inserting instead —

a registered office under the Corporations Act 2001 of

the Commonwealth
