Local Court Amendment Rules (No. 2) 2000

Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.

16. If GST (within the meaning of section 195-1 of the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 of

1.            Citation

These rules may be cited as the Local Court Amendment Rules
(No. 2) 2000.

2.            Commencement

These rules take effect one month after their publication in the
Gazette.

3.            Part!! of Appendix amended

Part H of the Appendix to the Local Court Rules 1961* is amended by inserting after item 15 of the Bailiff Fees the following item —

the Commonwealth) is payable on a service listed in this
table of Bailiff Fees, the fee for the service is the

applicable fee in this table, increased by 10%.
