Local Court Amendment Rules 2001

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These rules may be cited as the Local Court Amendment
Rules 2001.

2.             Commencement

These rules come into operation on the day after the last day of the specified period, which is the period of one month after the day on which these rules are published in the Gazette.

3.             The rules amended

The amendments in these rules are to the Local Court
Rules 1961*.

4.             Order 37 amended

Order 37 rule 13 is amended by deleting “12 of ” and inserting instead —

“ 9 of the Table of court fees in ”.

5.             Appendix amended

The Appendix is amended in Part II Bailiff Fees as follows:

(a)

in item 1(a) by deleting “$15.00” and inserting “ $16.50 ”;

(b)

in item 1(b) by deleting “$21.00” and inserting “ $23.00 ”;
