LOCAL COURT AMENDMENT RULES 1995

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These rules may be cited as the Local Court Amendment Rules 1995.

Commencement

2. These rules take effect one month after their publication in the Gazette.

Appendix amended

3. The Appendix to the Local Court Rules 1961* is amended in Part II in

the Table headed "Bailiff Fees" —

(a)	in item 1 (a), by	deleting "$10.80" and	substituting the
following —

" $13.50

(b)	in item 1 (b), by	deleting 115.00" and	substituting the
following —

" $18.90

(c)	following —
in item 2 (b), by deleting 115.00" and substituting the
" $18.90
(d)	in item 2 (c), by deleting 110.80" and substituting the

following —

" $13.50 "; and
