t he same, as follows :—

1 . This Act m a y be cited as the " L o a n s (Val idat ion)

Act, 1943 . "

2 . The ra is ing by the S ta te of New South Wales of the loans mentioned in the Schedule to this Act is hereby val idated.

3 . The proceeds of the loans re fe r red to in t h e Schedule to this Act shall be car r ied to the General Loan Account and shall thereaf te r be t r ans fe r r ed from t h a t account to the Consolidated Revenue Fund .
