AN A CT to render valid certain Loans raised

by the Municipality of Fremantle.

[Assented to 21st November, 1904.]

HEREAS certain loans, known as Loans numbers one, five, Preamble.

Wand six, particulars whereof are set forth in the Schedule

hereto, were raised by the Municipality of Fremantle, and the debentures issued therefor were not sealed as required by law in consequence of the said municipality not having, at the time of the raising of the said loans, a common seal, and it is expedient to give validity to the said debentures: Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
