REGULATIONS UNDER THE LOANS TO PRODUCERS ACT, 1927

Loans to Producers Regulations, 1989

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Loans to Producers Regulations, 1989.

Interpretation

2. In these regulations—

"the Act" means the Loans to Producers Act, 1927.

Revocation

3. All regulations previously made under the Act are revoked.

Prescribed purposes

4. For the purposes of section 5(1) of the Act, the construction or erection by a landholder of artificial catchments and tanks for the collection of water for the landholder’s use is a prescribed purpose.
