LOANS (INTEREST) ACT.

An Act to authorise the raising of loans under existing Acts at rates of interest exceeding four per centum per annum ; for that purpose to amend certain Acts ; and for purposes consequent thereon or incidental thereto. [Assented to, 16th November, 1915.]

Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1 . This Act may be cited as the ' 'Loans (Interest) Act, 1915."

2 . The Governor may, under any Acts now in force authorising the raising of loans, raise such loans by the issue of debentures, inscribed or funded stock, or Treasury bills, bearing interest at rates exceeding four per centum per annum, notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary in such Acts.
