AN ACT to provide for the more effectual Control of all Monies raised by Loan for Public Works purposes.

W31EREAS it is expedient to provide for the more effectualControl by the Legislature of all Mollies raised by Loan for
Public Works purposes: Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof; as follows:—
1. THIS Act may be cited for all purposes as " The Loan .

2. SO much of the monies raised under any Loan Acts now or
hereafter to be in force in this Colony as may be required for the Loan expenditure for sal-
salaries and allowances of officers, or the wages of workmen, for abretesiaidbui:erel s'Legi:s: i.;tivoc
the purpose of the said Acts, and also for the construction of the Council-

several buildings, and purchase of rolling stock which may be re- quired. for the purpose aforesaid, shall be annually submitted to the Legislative Council
