AN ACT to amend certain Loan Acts.
[Assented to 18th February, 1915.]
Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Par-BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by andwith the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and
liament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
1. This Act may be cited as the Loan Acts Amendment Act, Short title.

ing a proviso as follows:—
Provided that such sums may be applied to the redemption of Treasury Bills maturing on the first day of July, One thou- sand nine hundred and thirteen, to the amount of Six hundred and fifty thousand pounds, issued under the authority of the Supplementary Loan Act, 1904, and the Loan Act, 1906, re- spectively, and in such case the said sum of Six hundred and fifty thousand pounds shall be deemed to have been raised under the authority of the Supplementary Loan Act, 1904, to the extent of Five hundred thousand pounds, and under the authority of the Loan Act, 1906, to the extent of One hundred and fifty thousand pounds.
(2.) Such proviso shall have effect as if it had been enacted
in the principal Act as from its commencement.

| Sinking Fund. | 3. Notwithstanding anything contained in the Supplementary |
Loan Act, 1904, or the Loan Act, 1906, the Sinking Fund in respect of the said sum of Six hundred and fifty thousand pounds shall be subject to and in accordance with the General Loan and Inscribed Stock Act, 1910.
