AN ACT to authorise the raising of a sum of Ninety Million Dollars by loan for the construc- tion of certain Public Works and for Other Purposes.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Preamble

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the

same, as follows:—

1. This Act may be cited for all purposes as the short title.

It shall be lawful for the Governor, from time to time, to raise by way of such loan several sums of money, not exceeding in the whole the sum of Ninety Million Dollars, as may be required for the works and purpose mentioned in the First Schedule to this Act.
