AN ACT to authorise the raising of a sum of Ninety Million Dollars by loan for the construc- tion of certain Public Works and for Other Purposes.

[Assented to 13 December 1985.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Preamble

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the

same, as follows:—

1. This Act may be cited for all purposes as the short title.
