AN ACT to authorise the raising of a sum of One Hundred and Twenty Two Million Four Hundred and Twenty Thousand Dollars by loan for the construction of certain Public Works and for Other Purposes.

1. This Act may be cited for all purposes as the
Loan Act, 1984.

The Governor may from time to time by warrant under his hand authorise the Treasurer to advance and apply to the purposes set forth in the First Schedule to this Act any sums of money not exceeding in the whole the sum hereby authorised to be raised; and any sums of money so advanced and paid shall be retained by the Treasurer out of any moneys coming to his hands under the authority of this Act.
