AN ACT to authorise the raising of a sum of Fifty-four Million One Hundred and Forty Thousand Dollars by loan for the construction of certain Public Works and for Other Purposes.

[Assented to 11th December, 1967.]

Preamble.

WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise the raising, " by way of loan of certain sums of money amounting in all to fifty-four million one hundred and forty thousand dollars for the several purposes hereinafter mentioned: Be it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
