LOAN.

No. 75 of 1967.

AN ACT to authorise the raising of a sum of Fifty-four Million One Hundred and Forty Thousand Dollars by loan for the construction of certain Public Works and for Other Purposes.

[Assented to 11th December, 1967.]

Preamble. WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise the raising, " by way of loan of certain sums of money amounting in all to fifty-four million one hundred and forty thousand dollars for the several purposes hereinafter mentioned: Be it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title 1. This Act may be cited for all purposes as the

2. It shall be lawful for the Governor, from time raise ney

The Governor may from time to time by warrant under his hand authorise the Treasurer to advance and apply to the purposes set forth in the First Schedule to this Act any sums of money not exceeding in the whole the sum hereby authorised to be raised; and any sums of money so advanced and paid shall be retained by the Treasurer out of any moneys coming to his hands under the authority of this Act.	account.
